Manage groups via collections
You can automate the process of groups creation using Shopify collections. Our app will monitor for collections with specific title prefix and create groups for matching collections.
To setup this automation follow these steps:
Go to Product groups > Settings:
Scroll to Automate via collections section and turn on Enable automation via collections feature. Set preferred collection name prefix (eg. "Group:"):
Now you can start creating Shopify collection with prefix in title (eg. "Group: [Group Name]"):
Once the setup is done our app will start checking matching collections once every hour and create product groups from them. Please note that groups and swatches are only created via collections and not removed. If you need to remove some groups or swatches you'll need to do it manually or via CSV.
